Martin WeberMay 16, 2022.I want to just take a minute to let everyone know about the best disaster recovery service in Brevard county. We had a black water(septic tank back up)flood in our home. My plumber recommended Dry First who we called immediately. They were on sight in less than 10 minutes to begin work. FANTASTIC response! It got better from there. Jerry Davis was my consultant and advisor through a 2 year settlement process with the insurance company. Upon settling, they began the demo work for mold remediation and black water damage. We ran into several problems but they never gave up. They put up containment plastic with zipper doors on the rooms not getting demoed. Taking up the tile was extremely difficult because of a rubber under layment that had to be removed. From multiple heavy furniture moving, to tile removal and mold remediation, they never quit. They’re help is remarkable, polite, friendly and willing to do what ever is necessary to help the client. Thanks Scott, Jordan, Joey and Joel. Of course Amanda, who coordinates it all is super. Bottom line, I highly recommend Dry First for any emergency recovery from water, fire, or natural disaster. Great job! Marty Weber
