After I returned from vacation to flooding from an AC backup, Scott and his team went into action immediately.  They were professional and responsive, keeping me informed of each step in the process for the drying and repairs.  They did a great job, keeping the disruption to the household to a minimum. Always showed up when scheduled, followed through with promises during this difficult situation and provided prompt response to my concerns. A HUGE thank you to those who brought my kitchen rebuild project to completion - Scott Eggert and Brandon for the help with unpacking my boxed up kitchen cabinet contents and heavy lifting to remove remaining damaged items, Dan Reece for responding so quickly to complete cabinet knob installation and final cabinet trim pieces, Glenn Sasko for spending a very long day to ensure I had a working kitchen before he left , and finally John Webberly for his overall support. I want to just take a minute to let everyone know about the best disaster recovery service in Brevard county.  We had a black water(septic tank back up)flood in our home. My plumber recommended Dry First who we called immediately. They were on sight in less than 10 minutes to begin work. FANTASTIC response! It got better from there. Jerry Davis was my consultant and advisor through a 2 year settlement process with the insurance company. Upon settling, they began the demo work for mold remediation and black water damage. We ran into several problems but they never gave up. They put up containment plastic with zipper doors on the rooms not getting demoed. Taking up the tile was extremely difficult because of a rubber under layment that had to be removed. From multiple heavy furniture moving, to tile removal and mold remediation, they never quit.  They’re help is remarkable, polite, friendly and willing to do what ever is necessary to help the client.  Thanks Scott, Jordan, Joey and Joel. Of course Amanda, who coordinates it all is super.

Bottom line, I highly recommend Dry First for any emergency recovery from water, fire, or natural disaster.

Jerry Davis at Dry First is my first call whenever something goes awry with my house! He has never failed to come immediately to assess the problem, and connect me with the right people to fix whatever is wrong. My AC upstairs overflowed and flooded my upstairs and down while I was out of town. Dry First did an excellent job making everything new again! Jerry oversees all of the work and is straightforward, honest, and knowledgeable on all fronts. He responded to my calls and texts in a timely manner. Dry First was very prompt in responding to my problem! Their personnel were very kind, and compassionate to me, during the time it took to complete the task. They went over and above in helping me get thru this project that took way longer than expected, due to my insurance company and the obstacles my insurance company presented.
